Cold Pressed Oils

Olive oil and other cold pressed oils can provide ample amounts of healthy monounsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. But it’s still best to consume fats in moderation. This means limiting how much oil you dredge over your salads, meats or vegetables. One simple way is to use an oil mister or spray container. These convenient devices deliver just a fraction of a teaspoon… and just a fraction of the calories. You can also use a mister for vinegar, and with just a few sprays you’ll have a healthy and low-calorie vinaigrette dressing.
