Radishes

Radishes are a great source of nutrients such as vitamin C, iron and iodine… while the Oriental variety of the radish family, called daikon, is loaded with added potassium, magnesium and folate. Known for their anti-inflammatory properties, radishes can also help clear your sinuses or soothe your throat when added to vegetable soups or juices.
