Soy products can have many benefits including reducing your risk of heart problems, strengthening your bones, relieving symptoms of menopause and preventing certain cancers. In a new study in The Journal of American Medical Research, researchers found breast cancer survivors who consumed more soy had a longer lifespan than those who consumed very little soy.
