Soy is a great dairy substitute for vegetarians and those who are lactose intolerant. Soy products can have many benefits including reducing your risk of heart problems, strengthening your bones, relieving symptoms of menopause and preventing certain cancers. In a new study in The Journal of American Medical Research, researchers found breast cancer survivors who consumed more soy had a longer lifespan than those who consumed very little soy.
