Having trouble getting to sleep at night? Try setting a specific bedtime and wake time. If not, your internal clock may be thrown out of whack—and you might not know when you should go to bed. Make sure your bedroom is dark enough to get ample sleep, and try waking to bright lights or sunlight. It will help you get jump started for the day!
