A few more pointers when you begin your regimen… you’ll need to wear loose, comfortable clothes when you workout.  This will help you keep your blood flowing properly.

Also, dress according to the temperature. During colder months, be sure to dress in layers. Remember, you can always start to remove clothing as your body heats up.

Try to avoid exercising in extremely cold or hot temperatures. You could put yourself at risk for hypothermia or heat stroke. And be sure to call your doctor if you experience shortness of breath, dizziness or pain during exercise.

So now that you know how to get back to a healthy exercise program, get on your mark, get set and GO!
