		<description>Hi,

Wonderful that these studies are confirming the benefits of regular tai chi practice.  In China over half of the people that take up tai chi do so after they are 50 years of age.  Tai Chi is a wonderful addition and practice for baby boomers and those that are aging so that they maintain and improve their balance over time.

All the best,
Richard
