I have been eating 1 softboiled egg (at breakfeast) for the past 20 years and my colesterol level is always around 110 to 120. I couldn't last the morning (strengthwise) if I didn't. I'm 70 years old and take 3 blood pressure medications daily and an anti-inflamatory (Pentasa), for Chrons Disease.
I also take the "Vitamin D3 plus" and the "Chelation Therapy" daily, which also helps me get thru the day with a somewhat normal lifestyle.
